Enrollment Requirements
To enroll, you will need:

  • A certified copy of your child's birth certificate
  • Proof of Residency (utility bill, mortgage payment, lease, deed)
  • Your child's vaccination records
  • Custody papers, if applicable
  • Your child's most recent grade card (optional)

Preschool Enrollment for 2025-2026
The Clark County Educational Service Center manages Greenon's preschool program. For preschool, please contact the Clark County ESC at 937-325-7671 to enroll.

Kindergarten Enrollment for 2025-2026
Kindergarten enrollment opens April 1. To enroll in Kindergarten, students must be five years old by August 1, 2024, and a resident of the district. Your first step is to create an account in FinalForms and complete the forms. You can select a screening appointment during the account creation and registration process.

1st to 12th Grade Enrollment for 2025-2026
To enroll a 1st through 12th Grade student for the 2024-2025 school year, students must be residents of the district.

Non-District Residents/Open Enrollment for 2025-2026
Open Enrollment will open on April 1, 2025. If you are not a district resident and are interested in applying for open enrollment, please complete the Open Enrollment Application and send it to the Greenon K-12 campus, Attn: Suzie Buddenberg. If you are a current Open Enrolled student, update your FinalForms accordingly.

Preschool Enrollment
